[TenTec] paragon vs. paragon II

The Paragon II should not suffer from PLL problems. Ten Tec redesigned 
the PLL boards. The main PLL problem with the Paragon was poor soldering 
on the PLL boards. This can be fixed by reflowing the solder on the 2 
PLL boards.
