[TenTec] O II and headphones?

On our Orion II  we  use a Heil Pro Sound Speaker that has a built in volume 
knob to control the speaker volume.

We set the speaker volume on the speaker so when we unplug the Heil boom set 
be are not blown away by too loud volume.
