[TenTec] Geil Chip

The Giehl chip is only used in the original 585 Paragon. It provides most of
the operational features that are standard with the Paragon II, including
one-button band changes, band stacking registers to remember that last
frequency, mode, and filters used on each band, and so forth. I am not aware
of any upgrades for the Paragon II as it had these functions supplied from
the factory.
