[TenTec] Omni TX 30 meters

Tentec had a kit for $25 way back then that added 30 meter transmit and 24
mhz transmit and receive.  I added this kit to my Omni A series B back in
the early 1980's.  From memory, there were a few coils to add and a crystal
for 24 mhz.
