[TenTec] 260 power supply 3 position on/off switch

i going to use my ten tec 260 power supply with my paragon II. i do not have a manual for this unit - can someone please tell me what the output current rating is. also there are two "on" positions on this unit. can someone tell me why?  thx again everyone!, john
