[TenTec] Omni VI lock problem

Interesting, Ken.  I heard my TCXO drift up and down, just a few Hz 
here and there.  Sorry if I didn't pay attention to your post, I just 
scanned it and recall the "hunting" behavior of the frequency stability 
circuits, so I quickly posted my recollection of the fix.
