Time to find this excellent 2-meter/6-meter multi-mode transceiver a
proper home (I'm simply an HF guy). Probably has 2 or 3 hours use.

I am the second owner... bought directly from a Ten-Tec employee (Stan
Brock) after the transceiver had been discontinued.
- Unmodified... works perfectly.... not a mark that I can find on it
anywhere.
- Includes hand mic, power cable, and nice original operator's manual.
- Includes matching mobile bracket that held transceiver safely under a
shelf in my station.
I may even have the original box (not sure), but it will be packed very
well.

Lastly, I can't verify that it has the final firmware as I simply don't
want to take it apart. However, Ten-Tec will exchange the firmware chip
if it isn't (each chip has a printed label on it).

By tomorrow I'll be listing this 526/bracket/mic on eHam and then on
Friday on an auction site (with a pretty high reserve)... till then if
you really want a nice, barely used 526 send me your best offer. Please
no tire kicking.... If you make an offer I expect you are willing to go
forward with the purchase should I accept that offer. To make matters
easier I can accept and prefer PayPal. All offers must consider $25 for
UPS shipping and insurance. I'll only sell to licensed hams in the 48 US.

I also have a very nice Model 927 power supply which is perfect for this
transceiver. These sell for $89 plus shipping from Ten-Tec. This one has
as much use as the 526 and was bought new by me. I can sell it for $70
plus shipping to the person who buys the 526.

If you have questions please call me at: 510 325-7724.

73,
Jerry, KG6TT
