[TenTec] Problems with ORION II ??

As a relatively new owner of ORION II, I am wondering what are all the  
"problems" folks seem to complain about that seem to demand firmware  
updates?  It seems the rage that many owners are crying for firmware  
updates.  I do not have the time nor interest to read the TT threads  
so someone please explain to this contester what's wrong with my new  
ORION II?
