[TenTec] Orion 1 and/or 2, Manual Notch Outside AGC Loop?

Not sure which AGC loop you are referring to but remember, the hardware 
AGC prior to the A to D converter must reduce any and all signals that would 
otherwise overdrive the A/D converter.    This is true of any IF DSP radio.
