[TenTec] LDG tuner in O II?

[Carl Moreschi]

You must upgrade to the LDG AT 200 PC to LDG firmware level 1.9.  The loader
and firmware for this are available on the LDG website.  LDG does not ship
the tuner with this firmware level.  Also my Orion program must be at 1.30
or later.
