[TenTec] Omni 7 rig control w/logging software

Turns out the port settings in N1MM were not correct.  I received the  
correct settings from a correspondent here and also from TenTec.   
When they were corrected in N1MM and the port settings were  
appropriately modified in Windows/Device Manager, all worked well.
