[TenTec] Orion 565 RIT XIT stopped working from front panel but works ok

         W3GQJ's advice did the trick for me!  Follow the V2 
modification procedure through Step 4 to access the back of the RIT 
encoder and then retouch the encoder pads with a soldering iron.
