[TenTec] interface to Mark 5

As a former owner of two Mark 5 Yaesu rigs, I can warn about using the

Class A switch and other adjustments that run it at less than full RF output.

Mine failed in Class A at 40 watts driving an amp.  Vy smart folks have not

yet found the problem.  The other rig, I am told, also had an RF deck 

failure but I do not know if that was due to intentional reduced output.

My ORION ONE seems to do ok at lowered output.  73
