I do not think minor amounts of RF hurt people very much if at all.  BUT, creation and emission of RF energy DOES change the electronic structure of matter by moving electrons around sez QST article (and I guess other things).  Mankind is finally able to really and deeply change/affect his environment, but will we have the wisdom to use our skills and technology wisely--over the long run?
