Jim, Those lamps are Chicago Miniatures. I just replaced the two meter lamps in my Omni VI which uses the same bulb. Radio Shack carries them locally here. Their part number is 272-1110 and they are rated 6.3 volts @ 150 mA. I think a pack of two was a couple of bucks. Hope this helps. 73, Bob Durrell W4HT
