[TenTec] Oll firmware upgrade instructions.

Hi folks,
I have been avoiding down loading firmware updates for my Oll simply because I am not a computer person. Step 5 states, "Select the com port to which the transceiver is attached." How do I know what com port it is?????
I will be using a Gateway Solo 5300 lap top with XP installed. Also, I have only about 2g of space available. Will that be enough????
Currently the Oll has ver 2.037j installed. I see that there are 2 new revisions available. Do I have to install the first one and restart the process and install the second one.????
LOVE the Radio, it is a lot smarter then I am.
