[TenTec] Omni VI warm up gremlin

There are lots of sources, like International Crystal and others.  I got mine
from Ten Tec as a spare part for the VI+.  I've never owned a V so I don't
know what the base frequency is.  On my VI/3 the difference was night and
day.
