[TenTec] Ten Tec 963 PS

There is probably an "icas" rating for intermittent duty that quotes a 
higher number.  I forget what the acronym fully stands for but I believe it 
starts out with the incredibly contradictory words "intermittent 
continuous..."

Someone can check me on this if I am wrong.
