What kind of external tuner is it?  Shouldn't the tuner sense the freq and
tune automatically if it's an auto-tuner?  Inquiring minds want to know! :-)

I have an Orion II with a internal tuner .  I would however  like to hook up
an external tuner .  Can any one tell me are there any menu items I am
missing to make this external tuner work with the Orion II ?  I have already
deactivated the internal tuner via the menu.  thanks John kb2huk
