Alan,

What do you want tot achieve by making radio B unable to receive when radio 
A is transmitting?
This is an absolute must in SO2R operation, you want to listen on another 
band for QSO's or Mults
with radio B... you'd better protect it's front end with filters and stubs 
imho.
