All Ten Tec PTO's have a temperature compensation capacitor. On the
schematic it is shown as "value selected in production". Some selections
were better than others. It may be an N750 type (negative 750 ppm per
degree C) with a value of 10 or 15 pf. Make sure this capacitor is
present. Depending on which direction the PTO is drifting, you may need
to go higher or lower in value. Unfortunately, I haven't found a good
source for N750 capacitors, since everything is digital these days.
