[TenTec] RF Gain and AGC Question

I totally concur with Carter.  AGC should be ON for most all operation. 
Even then it is advisable to reduce RF gain to improve Signal to Noise 
ratio.  If you elect to operate with AGC in the OFF mode then you most 
definitely will have to reduce RF gain.
