Check the rig out on a battery supply. Check the rig with a dummy load rather than an antenna. If it goes away on the dummy load, at least it is not in the radio itself. Then, you have your work cut out looking for noise sources around the neighborhood that are not coming down the AC power line. Stuart K5KVH
