[TenTec] 715 Processor with a HC4 Pro-Set?

I think may be overkill to use the HC4 unit and the Model 715.   Both 
devices are intended to accomplish the same sort of thing.... albeit in 
different ways.  Using them together would emphasize the narrowing of 
the speech passband frequencies.
