[TenTec] Orion II - 2.041 XL is Posted

mike...without a detailed spectrum analysis of the tx signal...Using my
previous settings of using 90hz  and 3.3khz with the  mic gain setup to 20
everyone has asked what changes I made as my audio has never sounded better.
