[TenTec] Orion 565 remote control commands

Beware that this manual has apparently not been revised for a long time, and
there may be various errors and incomplete explanations in the text.  Some
functions don't actually work, at least in some firmware versions.  My HTML
interpretation mentions some of these (
http://aa6e.net/old-blog/ocommands.html), but it probably has errors of its
own!

You would think TT would want to get this document right...  They must have
a complete spec somewhere in the company?
