[TenTec] Orion 565 Problem with 2.063Xg??

I think I've found a problem with 2.063Xg.  Here's the scenario.

    1) I have my 565 under the control of the N4PY software.
    2) I go to the RX menu and toggle the AGC System Type (it doesn't seem to matter which way I go).
    3) Back out of the menus

After doing this exercise I lose all serial control of the Orion.  In addition the remote pod doesn't work.  The work-around is to turn off the software and reboot the Orion.

IF I am not using the serial port with an external program and toggle the AGC the remote pod works BUT when I try to start some external software the serial port is dead.  The same work-around solves the problem.

Before I report this to T-T I'd be curious if others are experiencing this?
