[TenTec] Orion 2 2.041XT FW (Beta) Upgrade

Successful update here; 10693 lines in just under 6mins run from WinXP 
running on VirtualBox on top of Ubuntu (Linux) using an USB to Serial 
adapter.
RF-AGC and AF-AGC now have equal volume, and Sweep-Display now seem to 
behave properly.


So far so good...
