[TenTec] Orion Sub-Receive filter

Does anyone know the specifications of the Orion sub-receiver's 45 MHz monolithic crystal filter.  The filter is:

         Siward 45S151AT

I believe that is 45 MHz and 15 kHz wide.  However, the input / output impedance and capacitance are a mystery.
