   I bought my new OMNI 7 about 2 years ago.  At that time Ten-Tec advised me that if I wanted the Internal Ant Tuner that it had to be supplied with a new unit--as it was not practical to add it after manufacture.   I therefore purchased the OMNI 7 WITH TUNER.   Suggest you check with TT to see if they have since revised their thinking and now offer a "field installation kit".    You could also ask TT if they now install tuners if you sent yours back to the factory (in case no "field installation kit" is available).  As far as I know--only LDG offered an aftermarket internal tuner kit for the JUPITER--as LDG made the "factory" tuner for the early Jupiters.  LDG never made the internal Tuner for OMNI 7's becase TT used their own design for later Jupiters and all OMNI 7's.   Even so, you could check (on a long shot) with LDG if TT says no deal.
