[TenTec] Omni VI Troubleshooting Question

I recently purchased a Tentec Omni VI Option 1.  I was told that it was working properly, but that was not exactly true.  Problem is that I get no RF output in the CW or 

USB positions.  I get full output in FM and FSK.  It appears that the LSB position is working as well.  Does anyone have a thought as to what is going on it the radio?  Yes, 

the TXEN and TXout are jumpered.  Thanks for any suggestions.
