Old Man I was jerking your chain about using earphones as a fix for the noisy fan. I too have a 963PS with my OMNI VII and when I first heard the fan thought a plane was too low over the house. I like the old TenTec ones better like the silent one I use with the OMNI VI plus. LOL. jim K4CFA
