[TenTec] Jupiter Solid Aluminum Main Tuning Dial

Many of the older PTO knobs were hollow in the back.  I poured mine full of 
BB shot and then poured epoxy resin over that to hold them in.

In a few minutes, I had a nice weighted knob.
