Modified the SWEEP averaging routine in DSP processing. 

Fixed red screen problem in FFT display 

Removed SWEEP peak display elements. 

Fixed 6Hz error between main and sub 

Fixed AF AGC overload 

New noise reduction algorithm 

New s-meter calibration 

Fixed bug in USER recall that caused multi 
knob focus highlite to no be shown.
