This posting is to help keep our valued customers up to date with the
current status of the Orion II firmware.

We have distributed a new beta version of the Orion II firmware for
testing by a small group of your peers for the weekend.

We still have a set of measurement tests that we want to complete
before we can give this beta firmware the green light to post for
public use.

If all goes well, this firmware will still post as a beta because we
are still ironing out AF AGC and a few other related items. Once AF
AGC is ironed out in a future release, that release will be posted as
a production release.

Installation of our beta firmware is of course purely voluntary.
