[TenTec] elastic cord specs?

Hi Geoff,

I just bought some elastic cord at a sewing store to replace the elastic 
in my 238 tuner (which is for sale, BTW).  It was black and looks just 
like what was on there.  I'll be happy to drop a yard or two in the mail 
to you.
