[TenTec] Jupiter 538 always on transmit

A friend of mine had a similar problem with his Orion.  The problem was that the 
remote and ACC plugs were in the wrong connectors!  He switched the 2 plugs and 
the rig went back to normal.

Yes, I had this problem yesterday...turned out to be a faulty ACC 1 
cord....after re-setting it all worked well.
