[TenTec] Paragon II RS-232 noise

I had an Omni VI that picked up noise off one of the pair from the processor 
to the DB-25, and the noise was getting into the transmit audio.

I wrapped the pair with aluminum foil grounded  to the chassis and  cured 
it.
