[TenTec] How well is a Scout on SSB?

Hi Ivin,
In answer to your question about the Scout, I use mine on cw and fone and do
notice a bit of drift on cw but nothing real noticable on fone. I mainly use
it portable when I go camping with my travel trailer. The only down side to
it is that the band modules are no longer available so it could be a bit
difficult to find all of the bands that he wants. I noticed that the Scouts
I have seen for sale the sellers want to sell the radio with one module and
offer the rest of them for a premium price.
Other than that I think that they are a really good rig for the price.
I hope this is of some help to you.
