[TenTec] Restoring backlighting for the Delta II or Its Argo brother???

Are their "fixes" or Mods to bring light to the dead backlighting on the 
Delta II or Argo screens?

Mine died a fw years ago and I have been just shining a bright light onto 
the creen to read the indicators and numbers,  but there should be a better 
way.
