[TenTec] Corsair AGC problem

[CSM(r) Gary Huber - AB9M]

Is it possible the jumper reference may be on page 2-4? Could be the 
ACCESSORIES Socket which provides the internal PTO Enable from the + 
regulated line OR the VFO IN-OUT  jacks which need to be jumpered in order 
to use the internal VFO.
