[TenTec] sick Orion (NOT)

Well, guys, I hit some good luck.  It seems the problem was not in the Orion, but
rather the TR relay in my amp, one of the Kilovac jobs.  It seems that it makes 
contact well enough to receive OK, but when pne tries to pull any current thru it
it goes open, thus producing my problem.  I replaced the relay and all is well.
