[TenTec] Orion 2 Firmware 2.044A Released

IIRC the original design incorporated an algorithm that increased the 
carrier level when the modulation looked like it would exceed 100% and 
briefly 'follow' the peak with as much carrier as was needed to accommodate 
the peak.  This weekend, I'll check the PEP on my LP-100 Watt meter to see 
if there is any sign of that action.  In that case, we may indeed be getting 
near 100 Watts PEP even though the resting carrier shows only 11 Watts.
