Reading your message reminded me back in the early days of TenTec when a circuit board was bad TenTec would send me a new board and then I would mail to them the bad one. Also, When Jack Birchfield would write to me it was also hand written on lined paper! A year ago this month I took my Delta radio into TenTec while I was vacationing there for a check up and it really performs well now. I knew it needed to be lined up and the receiver is something else.
Now I live in very noisy neigborhood and other brand radios just could not get rid of noise with the receiver even with my digital speaker and DSP. Last evening I listened for a while with the Delta and it was beautiful copy with no noise!
