[TenTec] having problem getting amp to work with Orion II

John,

What I'm trying to do is diagnose what is going on. If you turn on the
Orion keying loop and do not connect anything between TXEN and TXOUT,
transmit will be blocked. If you then jumper TXEN and TXOUT together
without the amp connected, the Orion should work alone and normally. So,
does this work this way? If this does, then the problem is in the amp. If
it doesn't, then the problem is in the Orion.
