[TenTec] Slow delivery of digests

Has anyone else getting the tentec forum as a digest notice a slow delivery?  Up until about a month or so ago, I'd receive the daily digest of messages within a minute or two of its being sent at 2 p.m. Central time.  Then all of a sudden it started taking up to a couple of hours to deliver, yet still say it was sent at 2 p.m., and hasn't improved any since.  Any idea what is happening?  Did contesting.com move their servers across the country?  It's no real big deal, just curious.
