Phil, I'm using a 229b tuner with a current forcing balun and open wire feeders,
at 20w output I can adjust the tuner for a 1:1 swr.

Wayne....
Put the 20 m antenna, not the dummy load on the rig. Then look at the
output SWR on 20 when the power is low. Let me know whether the SWR is
normal or high.
