[TenTec] PTO Rebuild or not?

Yes, you really don't need to replace parts unless they are badly worn. 
Usually a cleaning and re-lube will do the trick. Be careful with WD-40, 
though. Someone on this reflector said that it can corrode the brass 
parts, so clean it off with another solvent.
