"599" ring any bells. Back in the 80's, Kenwood produced Receiver/Transmitter Twins called the R599 & T599. As best I recollect, there hasn't been another "599" rig since. Maybe this is an omen. Maybe this really is a TS-590 KILLER ! (hope so) 73 Rick
