I sure like my MFJ-998 autotuner. If you ever use an amp, the amp disable feature of the MFJ-998 is great. I have a review of this tuner on my website at www.ad5x.com. I've not used it with a TenTec radio, but I have used it with a IC-706MKIIG, Elecraft K3 and Yaesu FT-1000MKIV with both an ALS-600 and an ALS-1300 amp. Phil - AD5X
